QND Football SUMMER LIFTING SCHEDULE
PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO LIFT WEIGHTS IN OUR WEIGHT ROOM AT QND TOGETHER AND REACH FOR 85% ATTENDANCE ACROSS THE SUMMER. PLAYERS ARE FREE TO WORK WITH WHATEVER GYM THEY WANT TO IN TOWN FOR OUTSIDE ADDITIONAL TRAINING, BUT SHOULD BE FOLLOWING THE QND SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WORKOUT AS A TEAM.
