QND Football SUMMER LIFTING SCHEDULE

PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO LIFT WEIGHTS IN OUR WEIGHT ROOM AT QND TOGETHER AND REACH FOR 85% ATTENDANCE ACROSS THE SUMMER. PLAYERS ARE FREE TO WORK WITH WHATEVER GYM THEY WANT TO IN TOWN FOR OUTSIDE ADDITIONAL TRAINING, BUT SHOULD BE FOLLOWING THE QND SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WORKOUT AS A TEAM. 

 

AM LIFT GROUPS: 7:00AM-8:00AM   8:00AM-9:00AM   9:00AM-10:00AM

PM LIFT GROUPS: 3:00PM-4:00PM   4:00PM-5:00PM   5:00PM-6:00PM
